We need a contact name, email and phone number, a name, or company name, and address that we mail the commission checks to. You can select the types of records that you want to distribute; Birth and Marriage Certificates, Death and Divorce Records. You can distribute just one or more of the vital records that we offer, in any combination... or all four. The choice is yours! Once you have completed the sign-up pages we will email you your unique URL so that you can add us to your site.

We mail out commission checks in the middle of the month, and we provide a complete online management system that is available 24/7. It allows you to access your account online, change your contact information, add or remove the vital records that you sell, and monitor the sales that you have made.

FRAUDULENT OR CONTESTED CREDIT CARD CHARGES:  If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. ONCE the order has been processed and submitted to the record repository, then we cannot refund the charges. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred.
