We take your Prison Record Search order through an online ordering system. The system is secure (see our Security Statement) and all connections are encrypted using a state-of-the-art 128 bit encryption process. After you click on any of the "order online" links that are to be found throughout the site, you will be linked to our system using the 128 bit encrypted link. You can check the security of the link by looking at the address bar, where the URL (web page address) will be prefixed by "https://" (https: stands for a secure link rather than the standard http: prefix), or at the bottom of your browser, where you will see a padlock symbol. If the padlock is "closed" then the link is secure.

Problems usually occur because of poor or slow internet connections, but if there is a problem that generates some kind of fault or warning, then please email Customer Service and then phone your order in.
